We may request you to return the unused portion for evaluation, and if confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement. 

  3. Consultation Cancellation: To cancel a scheduled consultation without a cancellation fee, do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. 

  4. Technical Issues: Notify us promptly of any technical problems preventing access to our services, and we will resolve them or provide a refund. 

  5. Unauthorized Charges: Report any unauthorized charges, and we will investigate and rectify the issue.
